Schiesser celebrates 15 years at Hanson Professional Services Inc.
PEOTONE, Ill. — Andrew Schiesser, a technician at Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s South Suburban Airport (SSA) project office in Peotone, recently celebrated 15 years of service with the firm.
Schiesser has provided computer-aided design and drafting (CADD), surveying, construction observation and materials testing for a variety of transportation projects, including for BNSF Railway Co. intermodal facility improvements in the Chicago area, the reconstruction of a portion of Interstate 290 in Hillside and two railroad grade separations in Elgin. For the SSA project, he prepares exhibits, presentations and CADD design drawings and helps the property maintenance manager with the inventory of homes and buildings. He also assists with property maintenance at Bult Field, a general aviation facility that will be part of SSA.
