Tiffany Hill, a land acquisition agent who works from Hanson’s St. Louis office, recognizes the importance of teamwork. “I enjoy a collaborative environment. In my role, I am a liaison between many different personality types. Each person is unique in their perspective, communication style and method of operating. I feel very accomplished when I can effectively get all parties on the same page, working toward an end goal,” she said.
Kenneth Macadangdang, a roadway designer who works at Hanson’s Indianapolis office, said, “Seeing a project into fruition and witnessing it with my own eyes definitely is the most rewarding part of working on a project.”
Associate Project Manager John Thompson, who works at Hanson’s Miami office, enjoys building relationships with clients, stakeholders and project teams. “Becoming a trusted adviser to a client is a goal worth striving for," he said.
“As engineers, it is our job to push the boundaries of what is possible,” Landon Skelly, a mechanical designer at our Springfield, Illinois, headquarters, said earlier this year about what the 2022 Engineers Week theme, “Reimagining the Possible,” meant to him. “Sometimes, our ambitions will push us to initial designs that are not realistic. However, with a great team and lots of hard work, we end up with final designs that are truly magical.”
