Hanson hires Koscielski in St. Louis as senior roadway engineer
ST. LOUIS — Dennis Koscielski, P.E., ENV SP, senior roadway engineer, recently joined Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s St. Louis office. He will engage with public entities to improve road infrastructure and safety for the traveling public.
Koscielski, who has more than 25 years of experience in the engineering industry, has delivered major infrastructure improvements while representing all sides: owner, consultant and design-builder. He began his career on the owner’s side, working for the Iowa, Illinois and Missouri departments of transportation, then transitioned to the consulting industry. He most recently was an assistant business unit leader of the civil/site group for a multidiscipline engineering firm in St. Louis.
Koscielski received a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Missouri – Rolla and is a licensed professional engineer in Missouri, California, Illinois and Texas and an Envision Sustainability Professional.
