Tabacchi joins Hanson’s headquarters as geologist
SPRINGFIELD, Ill. — Gino Tabacchi, P.G., geologist, recently joined Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Springfield headquarters. He will focus on evaluating soil and groundwater data and providing recommendations for solutions to issues associated with engineering projects and environmentally sensitive sites.
Tabacchi has 17 years of experience in engineering geology, most recently as a project manager/professional geologist for an environmental consulting firm in Memphis, Tennessee. He received a bachelor’s degree in geology and geophysics from the University of Missouri – Rolla (UMR) and a master’s degree in geotechnics from Missouri University of Science and Technology, formerly UMR. He is a licensed professional geologist in Missouri and Tennessee.
