Bushur-Hallam joins Hanson as senior project manager
SPRINGFIELD, Ill. — Cindy Bushur-Hallam, senior project manager, recently joined Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Springfield headquarters. She will be responsible for the management of land acquisition projects.
Bushur-Hallam has 20 years of experience as a legal adviser, with a focus on land acquisition and environmental work. She most recently served as deputy general counsel for the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services and previously was the special assistant chief counsel for the Illinois Department of Transportation for more than 13 years.
Bushur-Hallam received an associate degree in agriculture from Lake Land College, a bachelor’s degree in agricultural science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University Carbondale and a master’s degree in agricultural law from the University of Arkansas. She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and its Real Estate Law Section.
