Roberts becomes full-time civil designer at Hanson’s headquarters
SPRINGFIELD, Ill. — Evan Roberts recently became a full-time civil designer at Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Springfield headquarters.
Roberts joined Hanson in 2019 as an intern. As a civil designer, he will provide services to assist power generation and other clients, including inspecting transmission towers and designing and providing construction quality assurance services for transmission line foundations.
Roberts received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where he was a member of civil engineering honor society Chi Epsilon and the American Society of Civil Engineers’ student chapter.
