Patton joins Hanson as land acquisition specialist tech
SPRINGFIELD, Ill. — Doug Patton, land acquisition specialist tech, recently joined Hanson Professional Services Inc. He will negotiate utility and highway easements for utility companies, departments of transportation and local agencies.
Prior to joining Hanson, Patton worked for the Illinois Department of Transportation’s District 9 for 29 years, most recently as a realty specialist, focusing on acquisitions, appraisals, relocations and property management. He is a commissioner for the city of Marion and a licensed real estate broker in Illinois.
Patton received a bachelor’s degree in architectural technology from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.
