Damery joins Hanson’s St. Louis regional office as civil intern
ST. LOUIS — Ryan Damery, EIT, civil intern, recently joined Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s St. Louis regional office, serving the firm’s federal services market. He will be responsible for geotechnical field and office work, including field logging of exploratory boreholes, assigning and analyzing lab tests and creating soil profiles used in foundation design.
Prior to joining Hanson, Damery was an intern for TSi Engineering Inc. in St. Louis, where he conducted field work and tests on soil and concrete, and for Delta Companies Inc. in Cape Girardeau, Mo., where he performed gradation testing and operated and maintained quarry equipment.
Damery has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in geological engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology. He has served as vice president of the Association of Environmental and Engineering Geologists student chapter at the Missouri University of Science and Technology and is a member of the Engineers’ Club of St. Louis.
