Lwambagaza becomes licensed professional engineer
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Lina Lwambagaza, P.E., a transportation/traffic engineer at Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Jacksonville office, has earned her professional engineer license in Florida.
Lwambagaza, who joined the firm in 2018, collects data; develops travel demand models; provides model calibration, output analysis, microsimulation and technical writing; and prepares presentations. She received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Ardhi University in Tanzania and a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of North Florida.
