Mina Biggs, a vice president and the chief people officer at Hanson Professional Services Inc., recently celebrated five years of service with the company. Biggs, who joined the firm in 2015 and works at the Springfield, Illinois, headquarters, leads all aspects of Hanson’s people and culture agenda, including talent planning, leadership development and the execution of strategies that enhance cultural and organizational transformation. She earned a bachelor’s degree in management in 1995 from Northern Illinois University and a Master of Business Administration in 2004 from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
