Hanson promotes four to new officer positions

Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s board of directors recently elected four employees to new officer positions.

Anna Aldridge, P.E., and Wilfredo Rivera Jr., P.E., senior project managers at the Corpus Christi, Texas, office, advanced from assistant vice president to vice president. They joined the company in 2016 when Hanson acquired Naismith Engineering Inc. Aldridge has extensive experience in planning, permitting, design and construction for a wide range of environmental and municipal projects, including water, wastewater and stormwater management. Rivera is highly active in marketing and business development for the Corpus Christi office and provides project management oversight on major projects, including project scoping, feasibility studies, conceptual designs, design team coordination, construction phase planning, design quality control, bid document preparation, estimating, scheduling, construction administration and contract management for roadway, drainage and utility projects.

Richard McPhail, P.S., a senior surveyor at the Indianapolis office, advanced from associate partner to assistant vice president. McPhail, who joined the firm in 1999, has more than 30 years of experience as a land surveyor, right-of-way engineer, construction inspector and provides project management, proposal planning, estimating, scheduling, boundary analysis, bid document preparation and contract management for state and local infrastructure projects.

Lauren Schroedter, P.E., Hanson’s railway discipline manager who works at the Seattle regional office, was elected assistant vice president. She was an intern for Hanson in 2006, joined the firm full time in 2009 and has experience in project scoping, feasibility studies, conceptual designs, design team coordination, construction phasing planning, design quality control, bid document preparation, estimating, scheduling, construction administration and contract management for railroad projects.
