Packman becomes licensed professional engineer
SPRINGFIELD, Ill. — Thomas Packman, P.E., a structural designer at Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Springfield headquarters, has earned his professional engineer license in Missouri.
Packman assists with the analysis, design and construction administration of steel, concrete and masonry structures, including preparing 3D finite element and Autodesk Revit models, for public agency and private industry clients. He also has conducted precast-concrete plant audits nationwide as part of Hanson’s contract with the National Precast Concrete Association.
Packman received bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
