Borman joins Hanson’s Chicago regional office as structural designer
LISLE, Ill. — Brian Borman, structural designer, recently joined Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Chicago regional office. He will assist with structural calculations, plan assembly and computer-aided design for roadway bridges. Additionally, he will be involved with local bridge load ratings.
Borman previously was an intern for PND Engineers Inc. in Seattle, where he calculated loads and conducted capacity checks for structural projects.
Borman received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Dayton. He served as vice president of the Structural Engineers of Ohio’s University of Dayton chapter and was a member of engineering honors society Tau Beta Pi’s Ohio Theta chapter.
