Waugh becomes full-time HR coordinator at Hanson
SPRINGFIELD, Ill. — Sarah Waugh recently became a full-time human resources coordinator at Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Springfield headquarters.
Waugh joined Hanson in June as a part-time office assistant. In her new role, she will be responsible for working with employees to address inquiries about policies and procedures, manage relationships with benefit providers to include benefit statements and billing, discuss benefits with new hires and assist with maintaining information on Hanson’s platform in Workday, a cloud-based human resources information system.
Waugh received a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from McKendree University.
