Pop celebrates 30 years of service at Hanson
SPRINGFIELD, Ill. — Daniel Pop, senior technician, recently celebrated 30 years of service at Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Springfield headquarters.
Pop joined the company in 1989. He provides computer-aided design and drafting services for roadway and rail projects. His design work has included the MacArthur Boulevard extension in Springfield; the Tier 1 Environmental Impact Statement for the Illinois High-Speed Rail Chicago to St. Louis program; the Interstate 90 widening and reconstruction in Boone, McHenry and Kane counties in Illinois; the reconstruction of Interstate 74 through downtown Peoria; and BNSF Railway Co.’s intermodal facility in Memphis, Tennessee.
