Todt celebrates 30 years of service at Hanson
SPRINGFIELD, Ill. — Karl Todt, CADD administrator, recently celebrated 30 years of service at Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Springfield headquarters.
Todt joined the company in 1989 as an engineering technician. He became a MicroStation computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) administrator for the information technology department in 2009.
During his career, he has provided CADD services for projects, including the Capital City Railroad Relocation project in Springfield, which was completed in 1995; the Clark Bridge on the Mississippi River near Alton; the Tri-State Tollway’s roadway and bridge widening in Cook County; and BNSF Railway Co.’s Willow Springs Intermodal Facility in Hodgkins.
Todt received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering technology in 1983 from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
