Kramer joins Hanson as civil, railroad designer
KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Tyler Kramer, civil and railroad designer, recently joined Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Kansas City office. He will assist with geometric design, drainage analysis, construction engineering, field investigations, calculations and the preparation of plans and specifications for railroad projects.
Kramer was an intern during three summers for Norfolk Southern Corp. in Birmingham, Alabama; Fort Wayne, Indiana; and St. Louis. He maintained track and assisted with projects, including the installations of bridge panels, turnouts and switches. He received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Missouri.
