Three join Hanson’s office in Jacksonville, Florida
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Three employees recently joined Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Jacksonville office.
Quyen Ha, civil designer, will assist with design and develop documents for Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and city of Jacksonville roadway projects, including drainage and utilities design. Before joining the company, he was a transportation designer for a civil engineering firm in Jacksonville. He earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of North Florida and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
Daryl Myers, P.E., project manager, has more than 20 years of engineering experience, most recently as a transportation manager of southeast operations for an architectural and engineering firm in Jacksonville. At Hanson, he will provide transportation and infrastructure design and project management responsibilities for FDOT and local government clients in northeast Florida. He received a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering from the University of Florida and is a licensed professional engineer in Florida and South Carolina. He is a member of the American Public Works Association and the Florida Engineering Society and was in the 2018 class of the Florida Engineering Leadership Institute.
Gregory Reed, senior CAD technician, will perform various utility calculations and associated design drawings and provide assistance with FDOT projects. He has extensive computer-aided design (CAD) experience, with a focus on water and wastewater utility projects. He previously was a senior project designer for an architectural and engineering firm in Jacksonville.
