George celebrates 35 years of service at Hanson
SPRINGFIELD, Ill. — Craig George, senior technician, recently celebrated 35 years of service at Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Springfield headquarters.
George, who joined the company in 1983, has prepared construction plans and study documents for many bridge, road and structural projects, including the Lincoln Home restoration, Interstate 55 bridge over Lake Springfield, I-55 interchange studies, MacArthur Boulevard and Stanford Avenue extensions and Springfield rail improvement and consolidation projects, all in Springfield; and the Paducah and Louisville Railroad relocation for the Kentucky Dam lock addition on the Tennessee River in Kentucky.
George earned an associate degree in architectural and construction design from Lincoln Land Community College.
