Fuhr joins Hanson’s Chicago regional office as Midwest aviation lead
LISLE, Ill. — Kevin Fuhr, P.E., an assistant vice president and Midwest region aviation lead, recently joined Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Chicago regional office. He will lead design, business development, project management and client relationship efforts for Hanson’s Midwest aviation group.
Fuhr brings more than 22 years of consulting experience from a broad range of aviation and other transportation projects. Most recently, he served as the Chicago branch manager for a Midwest engineering consulting firm. Prior to that, he was an aviation project manager and program manager for an international engineering firm in Chicago.
Fuhr holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) and is a licensed professional engineer in Illinois and Indiana. His professional affiliations include the American Council of Engineering Companies, the American Society of Civil Engineers, Lambda Alpha International, UIUC’s Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering Alumni Board and the March of Dimes Construction and Transportation Awards Committee.
