Stewart marks 10 years at Hanson’s Raleigh office

RALEIGH, N.C. — Vincent Stewart, LEED AP®, a senior commissioning specialist at Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Raleigh office, recently celebrated 10 years of service with the company.

Stewart, who joined Hanson in 2008, has over 30 years of experience in mechanical and heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems and diagnostics of systems and controls.

At Hanson, he has provided commissioning services for various clients, including numerous universities, colleges, K-12 schools and municipalities throughout North Carolina. Clients have included Duke University, East Carolina University, the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and schools in Gaston, Guilford, Mecklenburg and Wake counties. His work has included several net-zero energy projects for K-12 facilities and mission-critical facilities for Mecklenburg and Iredell counties.

Stewart received an associate degree in civil engineering in 1985 from the State University of New York. He is a member of ASHRAE, the North Carolina Association of Higher Education Facilities Officers, the North Carolina Healthcare Engineers Association, the Southeast Region of the Building Commissioning Association and the U.S. Green Building Council. He is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design AP (accredited professional).
