Ralph celebrates 10 years of service at Hanson
FRANKFORT, Ill. — Maribeth Ralph, real estate negotiator, recently celebrated 10 years of service at Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Chicago – Will County office.
Prior to joining Hanson in 2008, Ralph gained more than 25 years of experience in office management for law firms and the project management of residential developments.
At Hanson, she is involved in a variety of work for the land acquisition of agricultural and residential properties, including negotiations, reviewing and preparing documents and processing relocation claims. She assists Hanson’s aviation team with the South Suburban Airport (SSA) project, including research for the documentation and production of a master plan; assistance with the submission of residential, agricultural and airport hangar rental income; and coordination with the Will County Supervisor of Assessments Office for the airport site’s property tax payments. She also created the program to obtain avigation easements for an airport area safety program at Bowman Field in Louisville, Kentucky.
Ralph is a member of the International Right of Way Association and the National Association of Professional Women.
