- Michele Clark, accountant
- Randy Downing, P.E., LEED AP®, senior project manager
- Darryl LaBranche, senior designer
- Clint Smith, P.E., CFM, project manager
All joined the firm in 2013, when Hanson acquired Bowen Civil Engineering Inc. (BCE), which has brought expanded civil and transportation engineering and design services to the national firm. Chantal Bowen and Downing established BCE in 1994.
