Buckley marks 10 years at St. Louis regional office
MARYLAND HEIGHTS, Mo. — Michael Buckley, P.E., geotechnical engineer, recently celebrated 10 years of service at Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s St. Louis regional office.
Buckley, who joined the company in 2007, serves as the lead geotechnical engineer for the firm’s railway market and specializes in deep foundation design for railroad bridges. He has provided geotechnical services for railroad capacity improvements, intermodal facility expansions and more than 400 bridge replacements around the country for clients, including BNSF Railway Co., Canadian National Railway Co., Norfolk Southern Corp. and Union Pacific Railroad.
Buckley earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering in 2006 from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a master’s degree in geotechnical engineering in 2007 from Cornell University. He is a registered professional engineer in Missouri.
