Architects at Hanson’s Orlando regional office celebrate anniversaries
MAITLAND, Fla. — Two architects at Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Orlando, Fla., regional office recently celebrated anniversaries with the company.
Zoran Aleksic, R.A., marked 10 years with Hanson. Prior to joining the company in 2005, he was a project architect for an international engineering, architecture and construction firm in Orlando and was assigned to projects with aerospace companies Pratt & Whitney in East Hartford, Conn., and Lockheed Martin in Orlando. At Hanson, he provides design, planning, architectural programming, bid and permitting support and construction documents and administration. His experience includes projects for health departments in Florida’s Brevard, Orange and Volusia counties, the Florida Department of Military Affairs, AT&T Inc. and Siemens Westinghouse Power Corp.
He received a bachelor’s degree in architecture in 1991 from the University of Southwestern Louisiana. He is a registered architect in Florida.
Edward Morales, AIA, LEED AP®, has been with the firm for 15 years. He joined the company in 2000 and specializes in design, planning and architectural programming. He was named to the board of directors in 2012. His work has included projects for the Kennedy Space Center, Orange County Public Schools in Florida, the University of Central Florida, the Florida Department of Military Affairs, health departments in Brevard, Orange and Volusia counties, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, AT&T Inc. and Siemens Westinghouse Power Corp.
He received bachelor’s and master’s degrees in architecture in 1997 and 1999, respectively, and a master’s degree in civil engineering in 1999, all from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a registered architect in Florida, Illinois and New York and is a member of the American Institute of Architects.
