Pop celebrates 25 years with Hanson
SPRINGFIELD, Ill. — Daniel Pop, manager and designer, recently celebrated 25 years of service at Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Springfield, Ill., headquarters.
Pop joined the company in 1989. He provides management for the Springfield infrastructure technical staff, computer-aided design and drafting services and management of various tasks on infrastructure projects.
His work has included the MacArthur Boulevard extension in Springfield; the Tier 1 Environmental Impact Statement for the Illinois High-Speed Rail Chicago to St. Louis program; the Interstate 90 widening and reconstruction in Boone, McHenry and Kane counties in Illinois; the reconstruction of Interstate 74 through downtown Peoria, Ill.; and BNSF Railway Co.’s intermodal facility in Memphis, Tenn.
Pop is a member of the Illinois Bentley Users Group.
