Neprud rejoins Hanson’s Kansas City metropolitan office
OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — Eric Neprud, P.E., structural engineer, recently rejoined Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Kansas City metropolitan office. He will support the firm’s railway structures group by assisting with bridge design and detailing efforts.
Neprud, who previously worked for Hanson from 2011 to 2013, was a senior railroad bridge engineer for a nationwide engineering and consulting company and a design engineer for engineering and architectural firms, all in Kansas City, Missouri.
He received a bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering and a master’s degree in civil engineering, both from the University of Kansas. He is a licensed professional engineer in Missouri and Nebraska, past president of the Engineers Club of Kansas City and member of the American Railway Engineering and Maintenance-of-Way Association and the Missouri Society of Professional Engineers.
