Hinton celebrates five years at Hanson’s Dallas regional office
IRVING, Texas — Mark Hinton, P.E., civil engineer, recently celebrated five years of service at Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Dallas regional office.
Before Hinton joined the firm in 2010, he was a project manager and engineer for firms in Dallas and Houston. At Hanson, he has been a project manager for railway capacity, siding and siding extension design and construction management projects for Class 1 railroads throughout the U.S. He is the assistant project manager for a $100 million chemical plant rail yard expansion in Louisiana.
He received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering in 1986 from the University of Wyoming. He is a licensed professional engineer in Texas and a member of the American Railway Engineering and Maintenance-of-Way Association.
