Beck joins Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Peoria, Ill., office
PEORIA, Ill. — Brandon Beck recently joined Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Peoria, Ill., office, serving as a construction project specialist in the firm’s aviation market.
Beck is experienced in providing consulting services throughout the various stages of a construction project, including initial surveying, design, construction plan drafting, and on-site construction visits. He assists the project’s resident engineer or resident project representative as necessary, attending meetings and communicating with clients and the Illinois Department of Transportation’s Division of Aeronautics. He also assists clients with budget set-up, project coordination, and project control functions such as scheduling.
For seven years, Beck previously worked as a resident engineer on Hanson aviation projects. In 2007, he joined a heavy-industrial contractor and worked on a refinery expansion project in Alberta, Canada, and several nuclear and coal-fired power plant projects nationwide.
Beck has a bachelor’s degree in construction from Bradley University.
