Hanson’s Sergio Pecori honored with "Executive Engineer" designation

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. — Sergio “Satch” Pecori, P.E., ExecEng, president and CEO of Hanson Professional Services Inc., recently was honored in the inaugural class of designees who have acquired the Executive Engineer (ExecEng) designation from the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC).

ACEC established the Executive Engineer designation to recognize the attainment of experience, education and leadership excellence of individuals in the engineering industry. It represents the highest designation level, recognizing business management achievements in the industry and technical competence. It also is one of three professional designation programs designed by ACEC to set the national standards of business management and leadership excellence in the engineering industry.

ACEC is the voice of America's engineering industry. Member companies – numbering more than 5,500 firms throughout the country – are engaged in a wide range of engineering works that propel the nation's economy and enhance and safeguard America's quality of life.
