ENR Texas & Louisiana names Hanson 2024 Design Firm of the Year
Hanson Professional Services Inc. has been named Engineering News-Record (ENR) Texas & Louisiana’s 2024 Design Firm of the Year.
ENR editors vote on Design Firms of the Year, considering factors such as regional top projects, drivers for success and community contributions. Hanson listed as its top projects in Texas a new Green Lake Dam in Portland that increases the conveyance capacity and reduces flooding, the new Frank Boggus Memorial Trail in Harlingen and a new 2-million-gallons-per-day wastewater treatment facility in Ingleside. The firm’s recent success has been the result of a large rise in infrastructure spending, plus its diverse staff. Hanson’s employee-owners are dedicated to helping their communities by volunteering time and resources to a variety of causes.
