Fiorito celebrates 15 years at Hanson
SPRINGFIELD, Ill. — Ryne Fiorito, P.E., S.E., the building structural discipline manager at Hanson Professional Services Inc., recently celebrated 15 years of service.
Fiorito, who works at Hanson’s Springfield headquarters, joined the firm in 2009. He manages Hanson’s building structural engineering discipline and performs design, development and construction services for educational, industrial, medical, military and water-supply facilities; parking garages; pedestrian bridges; levees; municipal landfills; and power-generating stations and facilities across the country and abroad.
Fiorito received a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering in 2008 from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a bachelor’s degree in physics with engineering in 2009 from Illinois College. He is licensed professional engineer in several states, including Illinois, a licensed structural engineer in Illinois and Washington and a member of the Illinois Society of Professional Engineers (ISPE). In 2017, he was named Young Engineer of the Year by ISPE’s Capital Chapter.
