Rowell joins Hanson’s Tallahassee office as civil designer
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Carson Rowell, civil designer, recently joined Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Tallahassee office. He will be responsible for transportation design and plan production, primarily working on Florida Department of Transportation District 3 projects.
Rowell received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Florida State University, where he was a teacher’s assistant for the Florida A&M University - Florida State University College of Engineering.
