Madaus celebrates 35 years at Hanson
SPRINGFIELD, Ill. — Ed Madaus, senior technician, recently celebrated 35 years of service at Hanson Professional Services Inc.
Madaus, who joined the company in 1988, has worked on a wide variety of projects in many different roles over the years. He started his career at Hanson as a surveyor and shifted to environmental, archaeological, industrial hygiene and construction observation field assignments as well as AutoCAD and MicroStation plan development assignments when not in the field. Over the last 20 years, he has been extensively involved in structural and geotechnical plan development as well as project organizational duties.
Madaus earned an associate degree in mechanical design in 1986 from the Morrison Institute of Technology.
