Tucker joins Hanson as head of talent development
SPRINGFIELD, Ill. — Matt Tucker, head of talent development, recently joined Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Springfield headquarters. He will lead performance culture, talent assessment, pipeline and talent development, coaching and succession planning.
Tucker has 18 years of experience in learning and talent development. He previously was the director of talent management for Horace Mann in Springfield. He received a bachelor’s degree in communication from Eastern Illinois University and a master’s degree in organizational communication from Illinois State University.
