Lane celebrates 10 years at Hanson’s headquarters
SPRINGFIELD, Ill. — Will Lane, MAI, appraiser, recently celebrated 10 years of service at Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Springfield headquarters.
Lane, who previously worked for Hanson for 10 years before rejoining the firm in 2012, has conducted appraisals, market studies and appraisal reviews for roadway, airport and railway projects. His work has included the expansion of Wabash Avenue, extension of Stanford Avenue, Woodside Road improvements and the acquisitions for the 10th Street corridor for the Springfield Rail Improvements Project, all in Springfield; U.S. 67 widening in Madison, Jersey, Greene and Morgan counties; and the new Interstate 57 interchanges in Mount Vernon and Marion.
Lane received a bachelor’s degree in mathematics in 1991 from Illinois College and is a certified general real estate appraiser in Illinois and Missouri and a certified general real property appraiser in Kentucky. He is a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) by the Appraisal Institute and a member of the Illinois Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the Peoria Area Association of Realtors.
