Ruffing becomes full-time aviation civil designer at Hanson
SARASOTA, Fla. — Julia Ruffing, E.I., recently became a full-time aviation civil designer at Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Sarasota office.
Ruffing joined Hanson in 2020 as an intern. As an aviation civil designer, she will assist with design and construction services for general aviation and commercial service airports throughout Florida.
Ruffing received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Florida Gulf Coast University, where she was a mentor, teacher’s assistant, tutor and member of Phi Kappa Phi, an honor society.
