Betz joins Hanson in Indianapolis as roadway designer
INDIANAPOLIS — Derek Betz, roadway designer, recently joined Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Indianapolis office. He will analyze and perform roadway geometric design, roadside safety design and maintenance of traffic design.
Betz was previously a civil engineer for a consulting engineering firm in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. He received bachelor’s degrees in music industry and recording technology from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh and in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, where he was the president of Engineers for Sustainable Design and Culture.
