Willie Rivera

Willie Rivera is a vice president and senior project manager at Hanson. His experience encompasses general civil engineering design and project management with expertise in water, wastewater, Americans with Disabilities Act stormwater compliance and transportation systems, as well as site development. As a senior project manager, he directly supervises the completion of plans and specifications, including the preparation and adoption of major drainage facilities and master plans, such as the development of county-wide flood control systems. Throughout the lifespan of a project, Willie serves as the liaison between the project team and key stakeholders. He recently worked alongside city officials to develop a new residential street reconstruction program for the city of Corpus Christi.

Willie is an active member of multiple organizations, including the American Society of Civil Engineers, Water Environment Association of Texas, American Water Works Association and National Society of Professional Engineers. He also is a graduate and active member of the Leadership Corpus Christi Program and serves as a commissioner for the City of Corpus Christi Transportation Advisory Commission.
