Steve serves as vice president and technology integration principal for Hanson, where he focuses on leveraging technology to deliver measurable value and enhance client service.

With three decades of experience in the engineering industry, Steve brings expertise in operational transformation, market expansion and complex project delivery. Prior to joining Hanson, he was president of a multidiscipline engineering firm, where he strengthened his leadership in profit and loss management, organizational development and building high-performing teams to drive innovation and long-term growth.

Steve is a fellow of the American Council of Engineering Companies and has held a variety of leadership roles with the organization, including the board of directors, board chair and national director for Illinois.

Steve is also vice president of the Leadership Council of Southwestern Illinois, a 10-year member of the Vistage CEO Advisory Group and a retired Captain of the O’Fallon (Illinois) Fire Rescue. In 2023, he was named to the St. Louis Titan 100 and was inducted into its hall of fame in 2025.
