Mandi is an accomplished grant writer and compliance facilitator with a proven track record of securing more than $220 million in funded grants through strategic, compelling applications.

She joined Hanson in 2023, bringing prior experience as a grant writer, administrator and project manager for the city of Palatka, Florida. In her current role, Mandi researches and identifies grant funding opportunities, helps prepare grant applications and coordinates with granting agencies to align project scopes with program requirements and priorities in order to generate applications that address the needs of the client and funding opportunity priorities.

She collaborates closely with Hanson clients to identify and secure funding that supports critical community initiatives.
