Elmore celebrates 45 years with Hanson
SPRINGFIELD, Ill. — Mark Elmore, senior technician, recently celebrated 45 years of service at Hanson Professional Services Inc.
Elmore, who joined Hanson’s Springfield headquarters in 1980, has provided computer-aided design and drafting services and has prepared construction and bid documents for a variety of projects, including the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum, the Coliseum renovation at the Illinois State Fairgrounds, HSHS St. John’s Women and Children’s Clinic, the Illinois Air National Guard 183rd Fighter Wing composite support facility, an addition to Memorial Medical Center and University Hall at the University of Illinois Springfield, all in Springfield.
He earned an associate degree in drafting and design technology in 1980 from John Wood Community College.
