Biggs celebrates 10 years at Hanson
SARASOTA, Fla. — Mina Biggs, a senior vice president and the chief people officer at Hanson Professional Services Inc., recently celebrated 10 years of service at the company.
Biggs, who joined the firm in 2015 and works at the Sarasota office, leads all aspects of Hanson’s people and culture agenda, including talent planning, leadership development and the execution of strategies that enhance cultural and organizational transformation. She also serves on the firm’s board of directors.
Biggs earned a bachelor’s degree in management in 1995 from Northern Illinois University and a Master of Business Administration in 2004 from the University of Illinois Chicago. She was named to the Tampa Bay Titan 100 in 2024 and in July this year, as well as being selected to serve on the Tampa Bay Titan 100 Board both years.
