The AdventHealth Lake Nona medical office building is a new five-story, approximately 106,255-square-foot healthcare facility focused on delivering comprehensive cancer care services to the growing Lake Nona community. Hanson is providing commissioning services for the building’s mechanical, electrical, plumbing and lighting control systems. The commissioning effort includes the building’s chilled water plant, air handling systems, rooftop units, terminal units, building automation system, domestic hot water systems, electrical distribution equipment, emergency power systems and lighting controls.
