As a project manager at Hanson’s Orlando regional office, Steven manages all facets of power industry projects, including scope, financial performance, schedule, quality, communications, risk management and the health and safety of the project staff.

Steven brings more than 20 years of extensive experience leading cross-functional teams through the planning, development and execution of complex projects spanning research and development, engineering, manufacturing, construction and service in multiple markets. He is known for his strong ability to evaluate and integrate new technologies and new-to-the-industry technologies into project planning, budgeting and execution.

Prior to joining Hanson in 2024, Steven spent 12 years as a project and program manager in the renewable energy industry. Over the course of his career, Steven has served as a project manager and subject matter expert on complex power generation, transmission and distribution projects.

Notable experience includes serving as a product launch manager for the development of a new geared 2MW wind turbine and leading the major campaign project management team in supporting operational wind farms within Canada and the U.S. In these roles, Steven directed the budgeting, planning and executing for complex major warranty programs, retrofits and corrective action initiatives.
