Sophie is deeply involved with Hanson’s science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics (STEAM) Academy, which includes Shadow Hanson, a mentorship program for high school students; Grow Our Own, a minority participation program; and the award-winning summer internship program, which fosters interoffice collaboration and offers enriching learning opportunities for students across various regions and disciplines.
With a passion for empowering strong leaders and fostering innovative ideas, Sophie also plays a key role in Hanson’s talent and development initiatives, which offer numerous options for training and professional development to company employees of all ages and tenures.
