Barry is an assistant vice president and a regional aviation lead for Hanson, with more than 28 years of experience in aviation, along with site and civil design. Part of Hanson’s team since 2012, he specializes in providing cost-effective planning, design and construction services related to airport/aviation development and managing teams of all sizes through complex design projects.

Overseeing aviation services for Hanson in Missouri and Illinois, Barry has contributed to projects nationwide, including various projects at St. Louis Lambert International Airport; runway pavement and lighting reconstruction and runway safety area improvements at St. Louis Regional Airport in Bethalto, Illinois; runway and apron improvements at Sikeston Memorial Airport in Sikeston, Missouri; taxiway rehabilitation at Indianapolis International Airport; and a snow removal equipment and maintenance building at Blue Grass Airport in Lexington, Kentucky.
Barry is a member of the American Association of Airport Executives, the Illinois Public Airports Association, the Missouri Airport Managers Association and the Missouri State Aviation Council.
