With more than 20 years of experience in the power industry, Art holds the role of regional power market lead for Hanson’s Sarasota, Florida, office. In this role, he establishes business and execution teams to expand power services throughout the southeast with a primary focus on Florida. He also develops new Hanson capabilities to support utility customer programs, such as outdoor lighting and technology initiatives that are scalable to other markets.

Art joined Hanson in 2025 after spending 18 years at Tampa Electric, where he held multiple leadership roles. While there, he oversaw hundreds of capital projects totaling approximately $500 million across electric generation and delivery, and led lighting service operations, engineering, construction, and maintenance activities supporting more than 380,000 assets. He also executed $135 million in investments to convert all lighting services to Smart LED.
At Hanson, Art provides strategic leadership for the power market in Florida, driving growth, strengthening client relationships and expanding Hanson’s footprint across the region.
