Rickett celebrates 15 years at Hanson
BELLEVUE, Wash. — Tristan Rickett, P.E., an associate project manager at Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Seattle regional office, recently celebrated 15 years of service with the company.
Rickett joined Hanson in 2011 and provides civil design services for railway clients. He has worked on several projects for BNSF Railway Co., including triple-track segments in Kelso and Blaine, a siding extension in Mount Vernon, the estuary restoration project at Meadowdale Beach Park near Edmonds and the Sandpoint Junction Connector project to relieve rail traffic congestion in Sandpoint, Idaho, which includes a 4,800-foot-plus bridge over Lake Pend Oreille.
Rickett earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering in 2009 from Gonzaga University and a master’s degree in civil engineering in 2013 from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He is a licensed professional engineer in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the American Railway Engineering and Maintenance-of-Way Association.
