Our construction services
Whether on-site or behind the scenes, we provide construction observation, resident engineer services, value engineering, construction materials, quality control and quality assurance testing, construction contract administration, document control, change order management, submittal reviews, cost estimation, constructability reviews and utility coordination.

Our auxiliary services
Our commissioning and energy group leads your commissioning process from design to construction occupancy and LEED® certification, with a commitment to the effective and efficient operation of your equipment and systems.
We also specialize in planning and property management services, which encompass managing and maintaining owner assets; property maintenance and repair; and tenant services, including preparing and enforcing lease agreements, establishing rent amounts (including advertising and collection), screening and approving tenants, resolving tenant issues and managing maintenance and vendor subcontractors. Since 2001, we have provided the Illinois Department of Transportation, Division of Aeronautics, with land acquisition, relocation assistance and property management for the proposed 20,000-acre South Suburban Airport in Will County, Illinois, south of Chicago.
Our surveying personnel, working with state-of-the-art geospatial equipment, assist the design team during the planning and design phases, then partner with the construction team through project completion.
